Series of four online meetings via Zoom. Meetings ~1hr in length. Booking done by plan only after completing an Introductory Consultation to diagnose your team's needs. Thoughtful leaders know that engaging the talent and commitment of people at all levels of the organization is basic and essential to every 21st century success story. Leaders also understand the importance of relational competence, psychological safety, and a grasp of purpose (individual and organization) related to the contexts within which the organization exists and interacts with the world. The proliferation of coaching professionals over the past 20 years has responded, effectively, to a widespread need for tailored, individual development. Coaching and mentoring were naturally engrained in Frances’ style of consulting throughout her experience creating a deeper understanding at the intersection of organization and individual needs.
